During this time I developed a passion for operating machinery while also discovering there is a need for various land services in the community. If we believe that your project fits within our expertise, we’ll provide a single, all‑inclusive price for the job as a whole.
We currently use the following general equipment (project specific):
- RK25 Tractor with multiple attachments
- Zero turn lawnmower and associated equipment.
- Ability to rent and operate additional equipment as needed.
Scheduling free estimates & performing work Monday - Saturday! We prefer to inspect first time projects as this provides peace of mind for all parties.
If your project involves breaking ground (even rotor tilling) Indiana law requires that we call 811 and allow 48 hours for utility locates to be completed before we are able to start. If private utility locates are needed there would be an additional cost. We hope you understand that we can’t take responsibility for any damage to unknown power lines or other items/utilities that could be below the surface. We’ll go over any concerns, requirements, or special notes during our in-person consultation.
Cash is preferred, however we are able to accept credit & debit cards for an additional fee of 3.5%. This covers the fees passed on to us for card processing services.
