Hello, my name is Jeremiah, thank you for visiting the ML website. I have been operating machinery for over a decade in commercial construction. During this time I developed a passion for operating machinery while also discovering there is a need for various land services in the community. So, with the help of my wife, I founded Midwest Landworx where it is my desire to put my passion and services to work for you. ML currently offer limited services, but if our services line up with your needs we hope you'll consider us. We are registered with the state of Indiana and fully insured. Currently providing service within a 50 mile radius of Mooresville, IN.

If we believe that your project fits within our expertise, we’ll provide a single, all‑inclusive price for the job as a whole, tax included.

We currently use the following general equipment (project specific):

- RK25 Tractor with front loader, forks, box blade, rotor tiller, & bush hog

- Cub Cadet zero turn lawnmower

- Stihl weed eater & leaf blower

- Chain saw(s)

- Wheel barrel and other basic hand tools

Currently we are scheduling appointments Monday - Saturday. While onsite consultations are scheduled Monday - Wednesday, & work is being performed Thursday - Saturday (subject to weather). We will perform emergency work Mon-Sat if at all possible.

If your project involves digging deeper than 1' we'll have to call 811 and allow 48 hours for utility locates to be completed before we are able to start. If private utility locates are needed there would be an additional cost. We hope you understand that we can’t take responsibility for any damage to unknown power lines or other items/utilities that could be below the surface. We’ll go over any concerns, requirements, or special notes during our in-person consultation.

Cash is preferred, however we are able to accept credit & debit cards for an additional fee of 4%. This covers the fees passed on to us for card processing services.
